Anima Core, Inc. ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the AN1 service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register for the AN1 pilot program, we collect: company name, email address, use case description, and billing information.

2.2 Usage Data

We collect API usage metadata including:

• Request timestamps and latencies
• Token counts and model selections
• Computed costs (baseline and AN1)
• Request IDs for tracing
• First 120 characters of prompts (for logging and debugging)

2.3 Integration Mode-Specific Data

Client-Extracted Mode (infer_z): We only receive 256-dimensional semantic vectors. We do not receive or store your raw input text.

Hosted Extraction Mode (infer_text): We receive raw text inputs for processing. Text is processed in-memory and not persisted to disk. Only the first 120 characters are logged for debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the AN1 service
• Calculate billing based on verified savings
• Monitor service performance and reliability
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

Usage metadata is retained for 12 months for billing and service improvement. Prompt previews (first 120 characters) are retained for 90 days for debugging. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

• Service providers (AWS, Stripe, Supabase) for infrastructure and payments
• Legal authorities when required by law

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, API key-based authentication, and audit logging.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your usage data via the partner portal
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your usage data in CSV format
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

8. International Data Transfers

AN1 infrastructure is hosted in AWS US-East-1. Data may be transferred internationally as part of service operations. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or portal notification.
