Terms of Service

1. Pilot Program Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the AN1 Pilot Program ("Program") operated by Anima Core, Inc. ("Anima Core", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the AN1 API and related services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Pilot Program Status

AN1 is currently in pilot stage. The service is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time during the pilot period.

3. API Usage and Integration

You may choose between two integration modes:

• Client-Extracted Mode (infer_z): You run the AN1 field extractor locally and send only semantic vectors to our API. We do not receive or store your raw input text.
• Hosted Extraction Mode (infer_text): You send raw text to our API for extraction and inference. Text is processed in-memory and not persisted to disk.

4. Data Handling

Client-Extracted Mode: We only receive 256-dimensional semantic vectors. We do not have access to your original text or prompts.

Hosted Mode: Text inputs are processed in-memory for field extraction and inference. We do not store prompt text beyond the first 120 characters for logging purposes.

Usage metadata (latency, token counts, costs) is logged for billing and service improvement.

5. Pricing and Billing

Pilot participants are charged based on a performance-aligned pricing model: you pay a percentage (8-18%) of verified compute savings compared to baseline inference costs. Invoices are generated monthly and due within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to process unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent technical limitations
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the service
• Share your API keys or allow unauthorized access

7. Intellectual Property

AN1 technology, including the AN1-Core architecture, AN1-Turbo kernels, and related software, is proprietary to Anima Core. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during the pilot period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the pilot program with 7 days notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the API and delete all downloaded artifacts.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Anima Core shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
